I have several pairs of these boots purchased from other retailers and I have had them for several years and they have held up very well for how hard I am on them. I do not baby these boots, just condition the leather every once in a while. I received this new pair in toffee today ( a replacement for my pair I had for about 6 yrs) and it had several scratches right out of the box. I am disappointed because I should be the one to wear them/scratch them. I hope amazon will remedy this for me.

Absolutely love the boots and they fit true to size! I was, however, a little disappointed with the condition they arrived in. There were lots of scuffs on both boots and could tell that one was a little worn near the ankle/top of the boot. The reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 3 with these defects is that​ they were still $20 cheaper than anywhere else I could find them. I used some leather polishing spray that I had at home and cleaned them up, so now the scuffs aren't as noticeable.

My wife loves these... second purchase in a different color. She says they are a little larger than expected but fit well with thick socks. As her husband, I love the look! When she wears with denim pants and struts a bit, I definitely notice! If they are released in another color suspect I'll buy those too.

These are the perfect bootie-the heel is low enough to be comfortable but just high nough to dress up regular jeans. I wear a 7 and I ordered a 7.5 to accommodate socks. The leather is soft enough that they move with your foot-no stiffness to break in. The perfect every day bootie

Here's what I like about these booties: 1) They come in wide width; many women's shoes don't. 2) The side zippers make them easy to get on and off, especially with socks. 3) The leather and construction are nice. 4) I paid 3.5 x this for my last designer brand booties and they weren't as comfortable. And, 5) did I mention they come in wide width?
